TOWN HALL RENTAL
Town Hall is available to rent by current ACA Members. If you plan to rent Town Hall, please be sure your are member for the current calendar year. You can check your membership status [HERE].
TOWN HALL INFORMATION
ACA meets on the third Wednesday of every month except July, August, and December. All meetings are held in the Town Hall on Omar Drive unless otherwise specified. The Hall is reserved by default for these meetings, as well as other ACA sponsored events and meetings. Arden Beaches, Inc. (ABI) also reserves the right to use Town Hall for monthly Board meetings and the annual Shareholder Meeting and related events. Please check the community calendar below for availability prior to submitted your rental request and payment.

MAXIMUM RENTAL TIME SLOT = 5 HOURS
Please note the maximum rental time slot is five (5) hours. If you require time outside the 5 hours slot, please note this on your RENTAL REQUEST. Additional fees may apply.
TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM LAYOUT & AVAILABLE TABLES/CHAIRS
The layout shown here is the typical layout of the building as it is used for our community organization meetings and functions. Tables and chairs are movable, and additional chairs (approximately 50+ folding metal) are available for use. The Hall currently has four (4) round tables that can seat up to six individuals each, three (3) 6' rectangular tables, and one large conference table. The Hall's kitchen has been recently renovated and renters may use the appliances and cookware for rental needs. There is also Wi-Fi available for your rental, as well as the use of a 75" smart TV for streaming via Wi-Fi or projecting from your devices. Outside amenities include a gazebo and picnic area, as well as a bench area firepit (upon request).
TOWN HALL PARKING
The parking lot at Town Hall is limited and has been marked to maximize space. The lot can accommodate 20+ vehicles. It is highly recommended that you carpool or use Arden Park (1103 Sunrise Beach Road) for overflow parking, located about a half mile from Town Hall.
TOWN HALL PICNIC AREA
The picnic area at Town Hall includes a patio gazebo and gravel landscaped firepit area. The gazebo includes two (2) eight-foot (8') picnic tables. The firepit may only be utilized with prior permission and careful oversight by adults. Available for use upon request includes benches for around the firepit and a gas grill (you must provide the gas and grilling utensils).
